Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right fit matters. I believe that healing happens within safe relationships and I aim to provide a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and encouraged to move toward lasting change. I work with individual adults, children, couples, and families navigating relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Many of my clients feel stuck and unsure where to begin but want to understand themselves, build stronger connections, and feel better. My approach to counseling is collaborative, creative, and grounded in connection. Sometimes words aren’t enough - and that’s okay. Through the use of expressive play, art, movement, and tools for somatic awareness, clients of all ages can recognize past patterns and new opportunities for change. I believe you are the expert of your experience, but you do not have to walk the road of self-discovery alone. Together we can explore what lies beneath the surface and find ways to encourage healing, growth, and a life that feels true to who you are. Wherever you land, I wish you well in your journey.
