I'm drawn to the complexity of how our relationships, cultures, and identities shape who we are and how we move through the world. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re not quite sure how to put your experience into words. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. I offer a warm, honest, and curious space where we can make sense of what’s happening together and help you feel more grounded, connected, and understood. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship patterns, life transitions, anxiety, grief, and questions of belonging and identity. My multicultural background and relational approach mean I'm attuned to the nuances of cross-cultural experiences, racial identity, sexuality, and the particular dynamics of blended families and peer relationships. I draw on attachment-based, emotionally focused, and family systems perspectives alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and interpersonal work. Whether you're working through a relationship challenge, processing trauma, or exploring who you are in a changing world, I'm here to help you understand these patterns with compassion and clarity. I see adults and elders, offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients.
