Life happens at the best and worst of times. It can feel messy when you’re moving through grief, shifting identities, or learning to live in a body that doesn’t always feel like home. I believe healing happens through connection and creativity, and more. My role is to help you access the parts of yourself that already know how to adapt, express, and grow; even when things feel messy or unclear. I will follow your pace and support you every step of the way. I have a particular interest in supporting folks through grief work, neurodiversity, queer identities, and the emotional impact of growing up misunderstood or unsupported. My approach is one of curiosity and empathy. I focus on co-regulation with humor and movement sprinkled in as needed. Whether we're talking about your childhood or your goals for the future, I will remain present, help you reconnect to your bodies, and create pathways for safe and sustainable self-expression. I offer both in-person (Salt Lake City) and telehealth sessions for any clients whose needs are hindered by transportation. If you're looking to explore the whys behind your behaviors, let's talk. I hope to guide you as you redefine your power and own the growth that you can make happen.
