I earned my Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and I'm passionate about supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions—whether that's navigating parenthood, managing anxiety, processing grief, or healing from trauma. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults across the lifespan, meeting each person where they are with warmth and compassion. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps you develop practical coping skills and work through what's weighing on you. I specialize in anxiety, ADD/ADHD, depression, family conflict, and the emotional overwhelm that often accompanies major life changes. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for a counselor who will listen without judgment and help you find your footing again, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
