Introduction

I'm Faith — a licensed therapist committed to creating a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to share your story. I believe therapy is a place to explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. I work with individuals navigating challenges related to emotional expression, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting transitions, and recovery. I support couples and families, particularly parents and adult children, to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build more meaningful and connected relationships. I enjoy working with individual who are new to therapy and may feel unsure or nervous about taking the first step. I want to understand your story, how your experiences have shaped you, and the areas where you hope for change and healing. Together, we will explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop greater self-compassion and self-acceptance. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is a foundational part of the healing process and finding the right therapist is important. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation, so we can connect. I look forward to talking with you!
