My name is Faith Ogala, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York and Florida. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress-related disorders, sleep issues, low motivation, or difficulty coping with daily life. I take a warm, calm, and collaborative approach. You’ll never feel rushed or dismissed—my goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and supported. I enjoy helping patients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves find clarity and confidence again. I offer flexible telehealth appointments, including evening availability, to make care accessible for people balancing work, school, family, and other responsibilities.
