Introduction

I specialize in providing ERP treatment for adolescents & adults. Living with OCD can feel overwhelming, but it is highly treatable. I specialize in exposure and response prevention (ERP) to help adolescents and adults break free from the cycle of anxiety and regain a sense of control. I also support families by providing practical tools to better understand OCD and how they can effectively support their loved one. In addition to OCD, I also support clients struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and phobias (school, social etc). Having worked for four years within international schools located in Switzerland, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel understood and encouraged. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, face fears with confidence, and build practical skills to support long-term wellbeing.
