I view you as the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and assist you as you move forward toward healing and growth. My goal is to utilize my background and training to help you flourish, grow, and live your best life. I am a licensed clinical social worker and utilize skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across diverse settings, including hospitals, outpatient settings, community mental health, university counseling, and private practice. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the uniqueness of every person’s story and the importance of creating a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and responsive to your needs. In our work together, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and honoring your autonomy. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported and heard. When I’m out of the office I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my beautiful cat, Bullet. I enjoy movement, music, and exploring different ways to be creative and crafty.
