Farrah Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is dedicated to providing holistic care and support for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and women’s mental health concerns. Our mission is to create a safe space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. I strive to provide my clients with the best and most comprehensive care possible. As a PMHNP I am a patient advocate and recognize the inter connectedness of physical and mental health. I want to empower my patients to understand and treat their conditions with a holistic patient-center approach that is unique to you.  In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, mental health history, current symptoms, goals, current medications and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions and develop our next steps.
