Helping people heal is not just what I do — it's who I am. For as long as I can remember, showing up for others has been at the core of who I am — and over time, that calling became something clearer: purpose. I create space where clients feel safe, welcomed, and free to show up exactly as they are, without performance, perfection, or fear of judgment. I know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming or even scary, and I honor that. That is why I do not just provide a service — I walk alongside my clients with compassion, empathy, and unwavering support through every season of their healing journey. I have experience working with adults and youth in both individual and family settings, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients understand themselves more deeply, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. For families, I also incorporate Structural Family Therapy to strengthen dynamics, establish healthier boundaries, and build more connected patterns of communication. Growth is possible. Healing is possible. And you do not have to navigate it alone — take that first step.
