I work with teens (16+) and adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or questions of identity and meaning. I especially enjoy supporting adult survivors of trauma, women, young adults, parents, religious leaders, and families of clergy. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and body-based interventions. I believe therapy should be tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals, and I strive to create a space where you can feel understood, explore what has shaped you, and move toward a life that reflects what matters most to you.
