I approach each person with openness and respect, recognizing that your experiences are uniquely yours and deserve careful attention. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions—or facing the specific pressures of military service, medical practice, parenting, or postpartum changes—I'm here to meet you where you are. My work blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches to help you process past hurts while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we'll work toward a more peaceful, confident, and hopeful mindset. I work with individuals and couples across young adulthood through later life, and I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your journey.
