Introduction

Physician-Led Mental Health Care Double-Board Certified African-American Female Psychiatrist for High-Achieving Women in Texas You are accomplished, respected, and relied upon. You may be wondering what’s next AND you may not want what everyone else expects of you. You're exhausted in ways that are hard to explain to anyone who has not lived it, and you're tired of always being the strong one. I’m Dr. Mo (Felecia Garner, MD), African-American Female Psychiatrist and Double Board-Certified Adult, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Over 25 years of medical and psychiatric expertise. I specialize in working with high-achieving women across Texas, especially women of color, who are navigating stress, anxiety, mood changes, and executive functioning challenges while holding a lot for everyone else. I also support young women (17+)navigating big transitions, such as leaving home, starting college, or entering the workforce, so they don’t have to carry that stress alone. FMG Integrative Health Consultants is a physician-led, relationship-based private practice. In one trusted relationship, we can combine comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and evidence-based psychotherapy. My style is warm, direct, and culturally attuned, and I structure my practice so I can be thoughtful and present with every client. I currently see clients via secure telehealth across Texas, with evening appointments designed for busy professionals, college/graduate students, leaders, and caregivers. In-person sessions will be available soon at The Bungalow in Pearland, Texas. FMG is a private, cash-pay practice, which allows us to work without the time and treatment limits often created by insurance. If you’re a high-achieving woman ready to stop “just pushing through” and start feeling more grounded, clear, and emotionally well, I’d be honored to connect and see whether we’re the right fit to work together. Schedule your 15-minute Complementary Introductory Conversation with me. You can schedule by clicking Request Appointment. What makes FMG different: Physician-led, integrative care:psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and evidence-based psychotherapy in one relationship. I integrate all services to support your mental health and overall wellbeing. Care is precise, monitored carefully, and aligned with your life circumstances. No fragmented care. Culturally attuned:I bring lived experience as an African-American high-achieving woman to every session. Discreet and high-touch: I accept a select number of clients and know your name, your story, and your goals. Cash-pay, no insurance panels: I provide care without the limitations insurance billing places on appointment length and treatment approach. Evening availability: I offer sessions Monday through Thursday evenings, with select availability at other times; designed for high-achieving women with full professional and personal schedules. Dr. Mo's Bungalow: in-office care coming soon in Pearland, Texas, for high-achieving women who prefer face-to-face sessions. **Note: FMG is an outpatient practice. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. To get started, request your 15-minute Introductory Conversation with me by clicking Request Appointment. I review every submission personally within 1-2 business days. Following the Complementary Introductory Conversation, if we decide that we are a good fit, you will be scheduled for a Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluation and flows directly into the 3-Month Stabilization Plan within the next two weeks. Ready to begin? Click Request Appointment to schedule your 15-minute Complementary Introductory Conversation with me-a real conversation, not an intake screening.
