Introduction

Are you the one everyone depends on, but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted? Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one,” but inside they feel STUCK in overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional burnout. If you are tired of second guessing yourself, I help my clients to slow the noise, process what they’ve been through, and rebuild confidence so they can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of their lives again. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and self-worth using trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR and CBT. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed, process past experiences that still feel “stuck,” and build a stronger sense of confidence and emotional stability so you can move forward with clarity and peace. You don’t have to keep carrying all of this on your own. Therapy can be a place where you finally exhale, feel understood, and begin to trust yourself again. If you’re ready for things to feel different—even if you’re not sure where to start—I’d be honored to support you! Now offering EMDR Intensives! Immediate Openings for New Clients & Candidates seeking Supervision.
