I am a recent graduate from Adams State University, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I frequently work with adults and teens in the LGBTQIA+, gender expansive, and neurodivergent populations, and I love working with anyone who is seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and/or your relationships. I have prior professional experience in human resources and in crisis support for LGBTQ+ young adults. I approach my clients with compassion, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard, and prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can be themselves. I employ a variety of existential, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques to help clients strengthen their mind-body connection, increase their self-awareness and self-trust, and live more energizing lives in alignment with their values. As a queer, transmasculine, and neurodivergent person, I know how complicated our relationships with our bodies can be, and I want to support others in finding ways of tolerating and embracing their bodies and selves.
