Introduction

I'm an openly trans and autistic Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in working with folks from marginalized communities navigating complex trauma, gender identity, and neurodivergence. Drawing from my own lived experience, I bring a deeply affirming, neuroaffirming approach to therapy—one that honors who you are rather than trying to fix you. I work with individuals across the lifespan using a flexible blend of evidence-based and humanistic methods, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and narrative work, tailored to what resonates with you. Whether you're exploring your gender identity, processing trauma, working with ADHD or autism, or navigating the complexities of existing in a world not built for you, I'm here to meet you with genuine understanding. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. My service dog in training, French Fry, is often by my side. If you're ready to work with a therapist who gets it, I'd love to connect.
