I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) with a Master of Social Work from Loma Linda University. I believe therapy is a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and safe exploring the experiences and challenges that brought them to therapy. I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and changes that can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncertain. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based; I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Parts-Informed approaches, along with other therapeutic interventions based on each client's individual needs and goals. I approach therapy with curiosity, allowing each client's individual experiences, needs, and goals to help guide our work together. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, working toward greater self-understanding, strengthening relationships, or simply looking for a place to process what you are experiencing, I believe therapy should meet you where you are. Together, we can identify what matters to you and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
