Fiona is an integrative therapist who enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults ages 4–29. She is continually inspired by the resilience, creativity, and compassion that young people bring to their lives and relationships. She has experience supporting clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, emotional and behavioral regulation challenges, adjustment difficulties, grief, developmental trauma, peer conflict, social skill development, and self-image. Fiona is committed to providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoys helping both youth and families navigate identity development and self-concept. Fiona draws from a range of evidence-based and developmentally appropriate approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, child-centered and directive play therapy, and expressive arts interventions. She practices through a trauma- informed lens and is attentive to how early experiences shape development across the lifespan.
