I became a therapist because I want every person to have a space where their authentic self is known and valued. I am deeply committed to helping families and individuals experience freedom and joy. My approach is intentional, caring, and deeply relational, with room for laughter, genuine connection, and the occasional creative activity. I believe you have the innate ability for growth. You have unique strengths and qualities, and I’ll gently challenge you to take meaningful steps toward healing. Together, we’ll make sense of the past while utilizing practical skills to gain confidence navigating daily life. One of the most meaningful parts of this work is watching you begin to recognize that your patience and courage in therapy are turning into real, lasting growth. When I’m not in session, you can find me at the gym, in the garage, or on the patio with a good book.
