Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is committed to providing compassionate and effective care. Since earning my doctoral degree from George Washington University (GWU) in Washington, D.C., I've worked in a variety of settings and have a wealth of experience. I offer culturally sensitive therapy, valuing diversity in all forms. My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I tailor interventions to target your individual needs, goals, and desired outcome. As both a Veteran and as a military spouse, I understand the experience of adapting to life changes. I view my role as a psychologist to be that of a guide for personal transformation and a companion in navigating transitional seasons of life. When not working, I enjoy travel, yoga, reading fiction, and hiking. I hold active licenses in AZ, HI, and VA.
