Introduction

Wayne Peterson Stephan, LMHC, CADAC-V I believe that the cornerstone of effective therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Building trust and safety is paramount, as these elements create the foundation for meaningful change and healing. My approach is rooted in providing a safe, non-judgmental and trauma-informed care. Jordan Peterson Stephan, MAOL, MSW, LCSW I’m passionate in empowering individuals through providing a safe space of exploration, wonder, and curiosity to work through the adversities faced in pursuit of seeking joy and validation. I am client centered and incorporate positive psychology in sessions. It can be challenging to reach out for help and can feel a variety of ways. I hope to provide a secure space for people to feel heard and validated. When working with teens or children, I take a collaborative approach with the parents. It is so important to me to providing a safe nonjudgemental space. Sydnie Wilson, MSW, LSW For many of us, life can often feel heavy and hard to navigate, and we often feel like we are alone in our struggles. I am passionate about showing individuals they do not have to face the hard things alone! My approach is rooted in being trauma-informed and providing Client-centered care. Your past does not dictate who you are or who you become, it can provide us insight into some of the struggles you may face. I believe in building strong & trustworthy relationships with clients so we can unpack and tackle challenges together! Honesty, empathy and compassion are essential to the work we do! I hope to provide a space where you will feel seen, heard, understood and supported, so you can begin to live as your most authentic self! Lucas Esch, MA, LMHC-A We each have a story, and cultivating a safe, inclusive, and affirming place to explore that story is essential. I strive to help individuals learn more about themselves and how to navigate the world they're a part of to live their most authentic lives. Therapy provides an opportunity for individuals from all walks of life to explore their stories, find meaning, and find more constructive ways for you to move forward in the coming chapters. My approach has a basis in client-centered care, narrative and positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore your story, developing your strengths, building new skills to adapt, and restructuring perspectives to live as the most authentic main character in your story.
