Dr. Duverge is a Hispanic immigrant whose experience navigating life across cultures and languages has shaped the way she shows up for her patients. She understands firsthand what it means to carry more than one identity, to move between worlds, and to search for a space where you feel truly seen. That lived experience is woven into everything she does clinically. Her faith as a Catholic informs her deep respect for the whole person, and she is proud to be an affirming provider for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. Every person who walks through her door deserves care that honors who they are without qualification. Dr. Duverge earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Florida International University, where she had the privilege of training under Dr. William E. Pelham, Jr., widely recognized as the foremost authority on the behavioral treatment of ADHD. That foundation gave her a rigorous, evidence-based lens for understanding attention, behavior, and learning that continues to inform her clinical work today. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University and finished her training with a Fellowship through the Florida State University College of Medicine, where she developed her specialization in health psychology.
