Frances values connection, balance, and the simple joys of life. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s appreciating nature or finding peaceful moments in fresh air. Family is an important part of who she is—a proud mother of three and a grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren, with one watching over us from above. These relationships keep her grounded and remind her of the importance of love, laughter, and resilience. In her work, she strives to create a space of healing and hope, where individuals can feel supported as they move toward growth and well-being. Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns. Motivational Interviewing to foster empowerment and readiness for change. Person-Centered Therapy to ensure empathy and unconditional positive regard. A trauma-informed perspective to promote resilience and recovery. Frances is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She believes in tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs, helping them build coping skills and achieve personal goals.
