Introduction

I specialize in many areas, but in particular, the grieving process. It is my belief that grieving occurs at many different points in our lives - for example, changes in relationships, career, health, or simply a new chapter in life - it is when we move on to something different from what we are familiar with. I invite my clients to uncover a clearer understanding of their feelings and behaviors. My role as your therapist is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and to establish trust, not only with me, but with yourself. My passion and intuitive nature has drawn me to this field. I enjoy working with those who have a desire to change on the deepest level, to find their own truth and live their lives in that truth. I have extensive training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Above all, I have genuine passion for the therapeutic process and the capacity it has to heal.Introduce yourself to prospective clients.
