For the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions. I believe healing begins in a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. My counseling style combines empathy, authenticity, and practical therapeutic tools to help clients move toward lasting growth and emotional well-being. Healing from trauma sometimes requires the time and space to go deeper than a traditional therapy session allows. I offer weekend trauma intensives for individuals who are ready for focused, intentional healing work and who have a reliable support network in place.
