Introduction

Whether you are navigating the complexities of modern intimacy or feeling stuck in long-standing personal cycles, I help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Many of the high-achieving individuals and couples I work with come to therapy feeling a "nagging stress," anxiety, depression, or a sense of deep disconnection. Often, these challenges are the result of unhelpful patterns—ways of thinking and reacting—that we built throughout our life. While those "blueprints" may have protected you once, they often become the very things that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected in your present life and relationships. I believe that meaningful change requires two things in equal measure: understanding why we do what we do and having the tools to do it differently. In our sessions, we work to build awareness of how your earlier experiences influence your current emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while simultaneously building "agency"—the practical, real-time coping skills and cognitive strategies that allow you to develop more effective habits. My style is candid, warm, and often humorous. I provide a safe, bilingual (English/Spanish) space where you can slow down and breathe while doing the active work of building the life you want. This environment is rooted in cultural attunement, centering the ways identity, gender, and background inform your well-being. Additionally, I have received specialized training in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of sex and sexuality, including concerns like low desire, performance anxiety, and mismatched intimacy needs. Building a life—and a relationship—that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside starts with a single conversation. I look forward to meeting you.
