Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) in the state of New York. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I am a generalist; however, I have additional certifications in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and Individuals with ADHD. I also have certifications in Trauma Informed Care & Counseling and Indigenous Psychotherapy. I also have extensive experience working with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for individuals to process through challenges, and identify ways to take control and move forward in their lives. I use therapeutic interventions, such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness. I tailor the counseling experience to the individual and work with each client to identify their goals and objectives.
