Finding a therapist who understands the intersections of race, identity, relationships, and mental health can be difficult. As a Black and biracial therapist, I provide online therapy for adults in Oregon and Washington where you do not have to minimize, explain, or separate pieces of who you are. If you find yourself thinking, “I’m exhausted from always being the strong one,” “I know why I do this, but I don’t know how to change it,” “I don’t know who I am outside of what everyone needs from me,” or “Why do I keep ending up in the same patterns?” then let’s work together. You don’t need someone standing on the shore telling you how to navigate the water—I’m here to get in the boat beside you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, parenting stress, life transitions, identity, and self-worth. I especially enjoy working with Black, BIPOC, biracial and multiracial clients, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those navigating family or cultural expectations. My approach is relational, collaborative, and genuinely human. Together, we’ll explore what keeps you feeling stuck and work toward changes that fit who you are and the life you want. There is room for hard conversations, laughter, frustration, joy, and hope.
