Hello, and welcome. I’m, a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children across diverse cultural and international settings. My journey into this work began from a deep passion for understanding human resilience, relationships, trauma, and the ways our life experiences shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with people from many walks of life, including professionals, humanitarian workers, families, couples, and individuals navigating emotional pain, life transitions, and personal growth. I provide a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients can feel safe enough to explore their experiences openly and honestly. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe healing happens best when people feel seen, heard, respected, and emotionally supported. My work is deeply trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from approaches such as psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based interventions, existential therapy, systems therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship and attachment difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, burnout, identity concerns, family conflict, and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting clients navigating complex trauma, relational wounds, multicultural challenges, caregiver stress, workplace stress, and the emotional impact of high-pressure environments. My approach is holistic, meaning I consider not only symptoms, but also the emotional, relational, cultural, and environmental factors that influence wellbeing. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected in relationships, carrying unresolved pain, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding and growth, therapy can provide a space for healing, clarity, insight, and transformation. My goal is to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences safely, and reconnect with themselves in more meaningful and compassionate ways. I believe healing is not about “fixing” who you are, but about understanding your story with greater compassion and creating space for growth, connection, and emotional wellbeing.
