I provide telehealth and in-office therapy in a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, meaning therapy is collaborative and focused on your unique experiences, values, and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based tools to help clients manage anxiety symptoms, ADHD challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and stress.
