Introduction

Hey you. Yes, you! Have you ever had thoughts of being “stuck” thinking “what is the point” or even just struggling to get out of bed each day? Well, I know I have, as a survivor of a traumatic accident that resulted in life long physical limitations, I went through these same thoughts often. I believe that sometimes life gets the best of us, and we get stuck in unhealthy patterns, from depression, anxiety, trauma, or anything else you may have going on. I would love to help guide you through this difficult part of your life as you learn about yourself and process through your difficult situations. I have a varied background including experience working with addiction, trauma, and many mental health disorders. I work with couples, individuals, families, and children/adolescents. I am trained in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in order to resolve trauma which can lead to a healthier life. I am also an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. I work to create a climate that is warm and welcoming for clients of all backgrounds. My approach is trauma focused, with an emphasis on client-therapist relationship. I offer both in-person and virtual options. I look forward to hearing from you!
