Gabby is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern who has a passion for listening and helping people. She received her undergraduate from Abilene Christian University and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University. She has moved around a lot due to her service in the military, but is originally from the Bay Area, California. As a mother of two, a military spouse and veteran she understands the hardships that come with parenting, marriage and life. Gabby wants to be there for women on their path towards motherhood and support them through the journey. She has experience working with our veterans going through transitions, addiction and recovery. She also has experience working with children and parents processing and healing from past trauma. She provides a judgment free environment to discuss the issues afflicting clients like depression, anxiety, grief/ loss and past trauma. Gabby takes her experiences as a medic in the Air Force and connects it with her mental health training to provide an understanding that is holistic and connects the mind, body, and soul. She believes her experiences as a medic, home-maker, and financial advisor allow her to be a well rounded therapist that can help clients in different ways providing not only understanding but solutions with therapeutic interventions. She is a fluent Spanish speaker and has a wealth of knowledge in financial therapy.
