Introduction

Gabriella is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) dedicated to helping adults men and women alike navigate life’s complexities and reach their full potential. She offers a supportive and compassionate space for individuals to explore concerns, develop coping strategies, and cultivate inner peace. Gabriella supports clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. She particularly enjoys working with men to navigate stress, career pressures, and relationship dynamics, as well as with women navigating specific health issues such as pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, postpartum, and IVF. As a Grief & Loss certified therapist, she also assists clients in processing sadness and adjusting to profound life changes. Recognizing that emotional pain often lives in the body, Gabriella has a strong passion for trauma work. She helps clients process painful past experiences using a holistic approach. Her therapeutic style is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while integrating Polyvagal Theory and mindfulness. This blend allows her to address thought patterns while also helping clients understand their nervous system to find true safety and regulation. Gabriella is also deeply committed to the adoption community. She has completed her adoption counselor programming and is awaiting national certification to help adoptees and families navigate the unique challenges of identity, attachment, and belonging. Her philosophy centers on empowerment. By recognizing each person’s unique experience, she works collaboratively to equip clients with the tools to manage life’s ups and downs. In her personal time, Gabriella enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring the world, practicing yoga, and attending concerts.
