Hi, I’m Ella, an Associate Professional Counselor and Mental Health Therapist. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating the messy parts of life—whether that’s anxiety, depression, identity questions, big transitions, or a deep sense of “I just don’t feel like myself lately.” Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward—especially when they’ve been trying to hold it all together for a long time. My role isn’t to fix you (you’re not broken). It’s to walk with you through the fog, help you untangle what’s beneath the surface, and find a way forward that feels true to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and emotion-focused therapy, but I’ll never treat you like a checklist of symptoms. We’ll move at your pace, blending practical tools with curiosity, compassion, and just enough challenge to help you grow.
