I work with teens and young adults navigating life’s challenges—whether that’s managing anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or big transitions. Many want to feel more balanced, confident, and understood as they figure out who they are and where they’re headed. My goal is to create a supportive space where they can build on their strengths and move forward at their own pace. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, meaning we’ll focus on what’s already working for you while building new tools to handle what’s not. I draw from Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, but it’s also a sign of strength. If you’re curious about working together, I encourage you to reach out. We’ll start with a conversation to get to know each other and explore how I can best support you. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and free to move at your own pace.
