Introduction

I have been a licensed mental health professional in New Mexico since 2015. I am born and raised in New Mexico and graduated from UNM and received my Master's in counseling from NMHU. I love working with clients of all ages but am highly skilled in counseling children and young adults. I have worked with Indian Education in New Mexico to provide multicultural counseling to students from Indian Pueblos and Tribes. I work with clients to learn skills in Mindfulness; EFT/EMDR Tapping; Art Therapy; and Motivational Interviewing to name a few therapy models that I can use with clients. I am passionate about providing access to ethical care to people who live in rural areas with remote access through telehealth. I believe in counseling from a place of compassion and kindness. Everyone has their own path to healing and I will help guide you on your journey to health and wellness. Solea Wellness is my practice devoted in light and blooming in wellness. All are welcome to heal here.
