II believe healing happens through genuine connection, creativity, and understanding how the mind and body work together. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected to who you truly are. I use a trauma-informed approach that combines expressive arts, play therapy, body-based practices, and traditional talk therapy. I strive to make therapy approachable, engaging, and meaningful. My training in Geek Therapy and Sandtray allow me to incorporate creativity and storytelling and symbolic expression. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you gain insight, develop practical coping and emotional regulation skills, and discover ways to feel more balanced and connected in your daily life. I welcome creativity, curiosity, and play as tools for growth, and I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs, personality, and goals. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about the experiences that may be causing distress or holding you back. I work with individuals facing both immediate struggles and long-term challenges, including trauma, family stress, and complicated religious, cultural, or social experiences.
