Hello there and welcome to Color Me Therapy! I’m Gabby Entz and I am excited that you’re here! I would love to share a little bit about myself so you can see if we might be a good fit. As a wife and mother of 2 boys under 4, I understand the busyness and chaos of life well! I have my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate when it comes to therapy and psychology. I love learning about why we are the way we are! As a kid, I grew up overseas and love to learn and understand different cultures. I see how different cultures bring different strengths to the table and desire to draw those out in others. I love hearing about people’s experiences because we all have a unique story to share! Beyond the therapy office, I enjoy relaxing with a good comedy show, finding the best pastries and coffee in town, and spending time with my family outside. Another passion I love to share with others is baking, which is my favorite stress reliever (if only baked goods could be shared in telehealth!). As a therapist, you can expect me to welcome you with curiosity, warmth, empathy, and a deep desire to see you grow into the best version of yourself. I believe self-awareness leads to deeper relational and spiritual awareness which enables us to journey into repairing and restoring disconnections. Who we are has been shaped by the people and places that surround us and our responses to that context. Whether we feel connected to those around us greatly depends on the impacts of the context we grew up in. It requires intentionality and responsibility to repair and restore the protective layers through which we engage in relationships. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your family, or with your partner, I want to make each person feel seen, known, valued, and heard. I see collaboration and responsibility as a vital part of therapy in order to pursue growth for ourselves and our relationships. When we work together towards growth, we can create opportunities for change. My hope is that you would find a deeper understanding of yourself that leads to deeper connections with others. We all need to feel belonging and connection. As a therapist, I love working with couples and individuals going through the hard things that life throws your way. If you feel like we would be a good fit, I would love to meet you and hear more of your story and your hopes for growth.
