If you've been feeling emotionally drained, stuck in familiar patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, or unsure of who you are or where you're headed, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. Many of the clients I work with appear to have it together on the outside while privately struggling with relationship challenges, overwhelming emotions, or a persistent feeling that something isn't working. My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you recognize the patterns that keep you stuck while creating a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I believe therapy doesn't have to be overly formal—appropriate humor and genuine conversation have an important place in the work we do together. My work is grounded in CBT and DBT, with additional influences from ACT and other evidence-based approaches. Together we'll focus not only on managing symptoms, but on understanding why they developed, building practical skills, and making choices that align with the life you want to build.
