Life experiences, especially those we encounter early in life, can have a lasting impact on how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate challenges as adults. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. During my Master of Social Work program, I developed a particular focus on childhood trauma and its impact on emotional well-being, relationships, behavior, and development. This area of study deepened my understanding of how early experiences can continue to influence us throughout our lives and strengthened my commitment to helping individuals recognize their experiences without allowing those experiences to define who they are. My professional experience includes working with children, families, and adults experiencing behavioral health challenges, substance use concerns, family and environmental stressors, and involvement with the legal system. I have experience providing individual support, facilitating therapeutic groups, completing psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and helping clients navigate complex systems.
