Introduction

I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and young adults navigating interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety, identity questions, relationship challenges, and grief. As a social worker and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm committed to creating an affirming, collaborative space where you can explore who you are and work through what's weighing on you. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to what you need. My background includes work in education and private practice, giving me experience across different settings and perspectives. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership, and I'm here to support you through transitions, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and whatever brings you in. I'd love to connect—reach out anytime.
