Introduction

I'm Gabby Jimmerson, a Licensed Professional Counselor and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I work with couples and individuals who feel stuck in the same painful patterns and want something to change. Many of the people I see are struggling with communication, intimacy, trust, recurring conflict, infidelity, anxiety, or major life transitions. Some feel disconnected from their partner. Others feel disconnected from themselves. My specialty is helping couples have the conversations they've been avoiding and navigate the issues that can feel the most difficult to discuss. Whether you're trying to repair a relationship after a betrayal, reconnect emotionally and sexually, or simply stop having the same argument over and over again, therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand what's happening, and move forward differently. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I use the Gottman Method and evidence-based sex therapy to help clients gain insight, improve communication, and create meaningful change in their relationships and lives. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. My goal is to help you feel understood while also challenging the patterns that are keeping you stuck. I provide therapy for adults and couples in Tennessee, California, Arizona, and Florida. In-person sessions are available in Franklin, Tennessee. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd be happy to connect with you.
