I’m Gabrielle Kelly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I genuinely love the work I do. I’m especially drawn to supporting adults as they navigate aging, health changes, and life transitions that may not feel urgent, but still have a meaningful impact on daily life and overall well-being. I hold a Certificate in Behavioral Health in Aging and a Certificate in Foundations in Aging and Disabilities. My background includes work in integrated medical and behavioral health settings, where I’ve supported individuals living with chronic illness, adjusting to new diagnoses, caregiving roles, and evolving identities across the lifespan. While therapy is not a one size fits all approach for me, I draw from narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts-based approaches. I integrate these modalities collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each client’s goals, pace, and stage of life. I view therapy as an ongoing form of care — a space to build awareness, strengthen emotional skills, and support resilience over time, not only during moments of crisis. My work is grounded, relational, and steady, offering thoughtful support across life’s longer seasons.
