Welcome, It's an honor to have you here. My name is Gabby. I'm a licensed mental health counselor with over nine years of experience helping individuals alchemize their self-limiting narratives and behaviors. I help my clients slow down, access what they're really feeling, and find within themselves the aligned, actionable steps to move forward. My work is deeply relational, compassion-focused, and rooted in the belief that you CAN change and even heal. While I have extensive education and training in a variety of evidence-based and phenomenological approaches, the foundation of my practice is rooted in emotionally-focused and body-oriented modalities such as Rogerian Pyschotherapy, IFS, and AEDP. I especially love AEDP because it prioritizes the positive and emphasizes the transformative power of emotionally present and secure relationships. So, in our process we'll not only make space for your strengths and understanding the inner and outer layers of your world, but also reflecting on the impact of having these experiences witnessed by me as your guide. If you're longing to finally get some distance from the conditioning and patterns that leave you stuck, and move towards a greater sense of grounding, connection, and self-trust—I'm here to walk that path alongside you.
