Introduction

Welcome, it’s an honor to have you here. My name is Gabby, I’m a heart-centered psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed, integrative care. I deeply believe in the human spirit’s capacity for growth and healing, and I know this is possible for you too. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore new ways of being with your thoughts and emotions, and cultivate the insight and regulation tools needed to navigate life with greater ease. Therapy, to me, isn’t a formula. It’s a mindful relationship built on emotional safety, presence, curiosity, and genuine care. You bring a unique story to this work, and my role is to facilitate personal growth through close listening, grounded guidance, and attuning to the moments when your strengths and inner wisdom are already emerging. I specialize in anxiety and complex trauma treatment for women and emerging adults, and also support those desiring relief from everyday stress, relationship issues, mood swings, grief, and life transitions. Many also seek my work for somatic exploration and connecting to intuition and spirituality. My approach is a holistic blend of relational talk therapy and mind–body therapies. Grounded in an anti-oppression framework, I integrate mindfulness-based cognitive processing and somatic awareness to support clients from diverse communities, including LGBTQ and BIPOC folks. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience helping my clients build resilience and alchemize their self-limiting thoughts and patterns. If you feel drawn to connect, you’re welcome to reach out for a free phone consultation or with any questions. I work Monday through Friday, and the best way to reach me is through the contact form above.
