I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people can feel truly seen as they explore their authentic selves. Growing up Filipino in a mostly white culture taught me how to navigate identity, belonging, family dynamics, and cultural expectations. I understand how heavy today’s standards can feel—the pressure to measure up, please everyone, and constantly perform—and how exhausting that can be. My approach is person-centered and guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, helping clients build insight, confidence, and skills to navigate life’s challenges while reconnecting with what feels authentic and meaningful. I’ve been trained in crisis support and behavioral health and have worked with children, youth, and families in school and residential settings. These experiences reinforced the importance of compassion, flexibility, and meeting people where they are. Outside of sessions, I enjoy savoring moments outdoors with my husband and dogs. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain—whether due to cultural or family pressures, life transitions, or spiritual questions—I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll move at your pace with compassion, collaboration, and even a touch of humor, helping you clarify your values, strengthen your sense of self, and reconnect with what matters most.
