As an Asian-American and neurodivergent clinician, I get how hard it can be to navigate identity, belonging, and the weight of expectations— from ourselves or others. Together, we’ll grow self-compassion for all the parts that make you who you are—and with that, build confidence, feel more authentic, and live in line with your values. I blend Adlerian, somatic, ACT, IFS, and multicultural approaches. Each session is tailored to your needs.
