Introduction

Are you struggling with relationships? Feeling like you're never enough? Emotionally drained from taking care of everyone else? Obsessive thinking making you feel overwhelmed? Let’s get to the bottom of what’s happening. Relationships can be challenging, and I can provide skills in how to manage them better. If your mood feels unstable, I can help you understand why and what to do about it. Overall, with therapy, you can learn how to deal with uncomfortable feelings and how to cope with life’s challenges better. I don’t guarantee any outcomes, but I do commit to helping you figure things out to feel better. I specialize in working with women and couples struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues—whether from past trauma or persistent stress. I provide validation, psychoeducation and deep understanding, paired with expert training in effective treatments. Therapy with me feels different because I will help you get to the root of the problem. It's your journey. I can provide the support you need to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease. A life where you trust yourself and feel secure in your relationships is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in anxiety and self-doubt, and you don’t have to do it alone. I also offer individual supervision for LAPC therapists.
