Fifteen years ago, my own healing journey began in spaces where I was invited to slow down, be seen, and sit with what mattered. That experience sparked my passion for walking alongside others as they make sense of their stories and move toward healing and self-discovery. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring years of experience working with children, families, and women across a variety of settings. My work is grounded in empathy, compassion, and genuine connection. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, understand difficult experiences, and strengthen resilience. I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit, while respecting each person’s unique story, culture, and spiritual journey. Reaching out for support is a brave step. When you’re ready, you’re invited to come sit with me—and we’ll take the next steps together.
