I became a clinician because I believe people deserve a space where they can be fully heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work primarily with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, attachment concerns, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. Together, we will look beyond immediate symptoms to understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and self-compassion approaches while tailoring treatment to your individual needs and cultural experiences. Therapy with me is not about being told what to do or simply “thinking positively.” It is a space to better understand yourself, strengthen your ability to manage difficult emotions, develop healthier boundaries and relationships, and make choices that reflect who you want to become. My goal is to help you move from surviving and second-guessing yourself toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
