I am a licensed associate counselor and board-certified art therapist who believes healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and supported. I was drawn to this work through a deep respect for the creative process and its ability to access what words alone cannot. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and caregivers navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity development, trauma, and relational challenges. My approach is research-informed and integrates creative modalities, mindfulness, and concrete skill-building. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, and I value creating culturally responsive, strength-based spaces where clients can show up fully as themselves. Together, we focus on insight, resilience, and practical tools that extend beyond the therapy room. I practice at Arts in Counseling, a psychotherapy practice offering (1) clinical therapy through creative arts therapists and (2) mental health wellness and support through professional artists. We take an active approach to healing, prioritizing embodied practice. This may include movement or role play to engage the body, imagination, emotions, and relationship dynamics. Going beyond talk therapy provides multiple ways to process and integrate experiences—along with skills clients can apply in daily life.
